- First go to the e-Vesoj website and click on registration section.
- Fill your name, email ID, mobile number and your full address.
- Now create one password for your account.

How to Apply for New License

- Login with your old user ID and password.
- Click on “Apply for Retention License” link.
- Fill the form and upload all needed documents in PDF.
- Submit it and you will get acknowledgement slip.
- System will send your form to authority and Drug Control Inspector for verification.
- After checking, you will get approval or rejection message.
- If approved, take the printout of renew license.
