The Chief Minister of Assam State launched the new Financial Assistance scheme for the students of the state. The name of the scheme is CM Jibon Prerana Scheme 2025. The scheme was launched on 3rd November and implemented by the Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department of the state. In this scheme government provides the monthly financial assistance to all the eligible students.
After the implementation of the scheme, the government provide Financial help of Rs 2,500 to all the fresh graduates of Assam state who pass out in 2025. No matter from which institution you will pass out, every fresh graduate of the state will receive such an amount every month for the duration of one year. With the help of this scheme government supports all graduates from education to employment. And the monthly financial assistance under the scheme is credited to the bank account of the students.

If you are also a fresh graduate of Assam state who passed out in 2025 from any government or private institution of the state, you will be going to receive financial help from the side of the government. Under which Rs 2,500 will be given directly to you through your bank account every month for the duration of one year. So that after completing the education, you will get a suitable job for you. Features of Jibon Prerana
After becoming the Chief Minister of Assam State, i.e. Mr Himanta Biswa Sarma, always focused on the problems of the youth. That’s why he launched this scheme for their welfare. It is very difficult for students to find a suitable job after completing their education. Due to the financial condition of the families, they will get a job that they don’t want and are not suited to them. So by getting the amount under this scheme, they will get the financial support from the government to prepare themselves for the competitive exam and get a good job for a bright future.
- In this scheme, students who belong to the Assam state, who are also fresh graduates, i.e. who passed out in 2025, will get the financial assistance under the scheme.
- All students who complete their graduation from private as well as government institutions will be able to get a job.
- The duration of the financial assistance is for one year after completing graduation.

Eligibility For Students
- Must be a permanent citizen of the state.
- Students complete their graduation in 2025 it means you must be fresh graduate.
- You must complete your graduation from any government/central institution of the state.
- Students must be unemployed or in search of a job.
Who Can Not apply?
- Students from private or open universities are not eligible for the scheme.
- All students whose parents are government employees. But the children of Government employees of IV Class will be eligible for the benefits.
- Kids of Ministers or MLAs.
- Annual income of the parent is more than 10 Lakh annually are not eligible.

CM Jibon Prerana Scheme Apply Online On DIDS Assam
The students need to complete the application process to receive the benefits through the DBT system. You can apply through the DIDS Portal, which is concerned with the scheme. Have to follow the steps given below.
- Need to open the official portal, i.e. dids.assam.gov.in.
- Then have to select the Language and then the District.
- Have to click on the Login. Now the Login option opens in front of you.
- You have to enter the Mobile Number and then login with OTP.

- It is important to enter the mobile number which is linked with the Aadhar Card.
- Then enter the OTP that you received.
- Have to select The Gender, get the details about the scheme and then click on the link to know more.
- Click on the Self Declaration link. Then choose the option, i.e. unemployed, then tell about the scheme from which you get benefits, tell about the family income, about your parents’ occupation, and about your Graduation year, i.e. Graduated in 2025. Then click to apply.

- Application form open in front of you and then enter Applicant Name, Father Name, Date of birth, Gender, Mobile Number, email id, Aadhar Card Number, PAN Number and Enrolment Number of college.
- Select District Name, Sub Division and PIN Code.
- Have to enter the Institute Name, District, Course you completed and date of graduation.
- Enter the Bank details like Bank Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Bank Branch Name, and IFSC Code.
- Upload Documents.

- Click to self deceleration and enter Captcha Code.
- Submit the form and save it for future use.
