Types of Fazaa Cards Available

Main Eligibility Criteria

• UAE mobile number (working one because they will send OTP there)

Fazaa Card Registration Online – Guide

There are three ways to apply, so you can choose the one that best fits you.

Method 1: Online Registration via the Website

• This method is the easiest way to do Fazaa Card registration from the comfort of your home.
• First, go to the official website at www.fazaa.ae or register.fazaa.ae.
• Click on the “Become a Member” button.
• Enter your Company Code (you can ask your HR for it if you don’t know it).
• Then proceed to fill in your personal details such as name, Emirates ID number, mobile number, email, address, and so on.
• You will get an SMS with a verification code, which you need to enter.
• Upload your required documents such as Emirates ID, passport, photo, visa, and so on.
• Review all the details you filled in, then click Submit.
• Then wait for approval, which will take a few days to two weeks.
• After approval, you will get an SMS and an email with your membership number and password.

Method 2: Through the Mobile App

If you are more comfortable with your mobile device, you can sign up for the Fazaa Card using the Fazaa mobile app:

• Download the Fazaa mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store
• Launch the app and select your preferred language (English or Arabic)
• Click on “Sign Up” or “Become a Member”
• Fill in all your details as you would on the website
• Confirm your mobile number by verifying the OTP sent to your number

Method 3: Registration at Fazaa Centers
