Under the UIT Dausa Bandikui Plot Scheme, a total of 303 residential plots are allotted at Kherli village in Dausa district. Eligibility Criteria

- Step 2: Go to ‘Apply Online’ section and register yourself with your mobile number and Aadhaar.
- Step 3: Login and fill the application form carefully – enter all details correctly.

If your name comes in the lottery, you will get a allotment letter and you will have to pay the remaining amount as per schedule. If you dont win the lottery, your security deposit will be fully refunded online. No interest is paid on refund amount.

Important Points to Remember
- Plots will be alloted on leasehold/freehold basis as per Rajasthan government rules.
- Construction on plot must be completed within 7 years from date of allotment.
- Transfer of plot is restricted for first 10 years after allotment.
- Plots are strictly for residential use only – no commercial use allowed.
