Unified Family Survey App For Survey Process, User Manual

Andhra Pradesh Government recently launched the Unified Family Survey mobile app. This app is used for door-to-door verification and data collection, to audit family details and check their eligibility for various government schemes. This survey is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Government in which collects social and economic data.

In the survey, they will collect information like your assets, land Holdings, number of vehicles, income tax filing, etc. This process will be initiated through the e-KYC verification, and then the family will be categorised according to their socioeconomic status. This will help to ensure that the eligible beneficiary will get the benefit of Andhra Pradesh’s various welfare schemes. Family will be categorised into poor, Middle and higher-income categories.

Andhra Pradesh Government already Run various types of welfare schemes in their state. The government will give benefits to low-income and poor families through pension, pm Kisan scheme, free gas cylinder type of various schemes. The Unified Family Survey app was developed by the government of India for the field officials and surveyors who will conduct this survey digitally. This app will help in the data collection, eKYC process and real-time validation when they visit the home.

How to use the Unified Family Survey app?

  • Open the unified family survey app on your mobile.
  • To use this application, you have to be on your internet or Wi-Fi and turn on your location.
  • Now the login page will open on your screen. You have to enable your GPS for login.
  • Now on the login page, of 10th Aadhaar number will capture the code and then tap on login button.
  • Now, one OTP will be received on your registered mobile number. After OTP verification, your dashboard screen will be displayed.
  • Firstly have to select the category (list of households for survey).
  • You can search them with their Aadhar or select a cluster.
  • After entering Aadhar, it will show whether households exist within the surveyor’s cluster or not.
  • On the checklist, it will navigate to the next form in which the survey can start.
  • In this list, you will see the Members ID, the number of members, with their names and ages. It will also show your eKYC status.
  • Now you have to select the person and update their details like basic profile, social profile, skills and employment and livelihood. Open every section and fill in all the details. After completing all the members’ eKYC, tap on the submit button.
  • When the survey for all the members is completed, the status will be changed to completed.
  • eKYC verification process will be done through biometric, Iris, facial recognition or OTP on a mobile linked with your Aadhaar number.
