Online Process (Via Duare Sarkar / Official Portal)

• Step 1: First of all, go to the official West Bengal Social Welfare Pension website. The website address is wbswpension.gov.in or you can also visit ds.wb.gov.in (Duare Sarkar Portal).
• Step 2: On the homepage, you will see an option for “Social Welfare Pension” or “Bardhoka Vata”. Click on that option.
• Step 3: Now you have to register yourself on the portal using your mobile number. An OTP will come on your mobile – enter that OTP to verify.
• Step 4: After registration and login, fill the application form carefully. Enter your personal details like name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, address, and bank account details.
• Step 5: Upload all the required documents in the format asked on the portal. Make sure all documents are clear and properly scanned.
• Step 6: After filling all details and uploading documents, click on “Submit” button to submit your application.
• Step 7: After submission, you will get an Application Reference Number or Acknowledgement Receipt. Save it for future reference.
