Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) simplify the dog registration process with their online portal. If you have a dog and your age is above 18 years, then follow the registration process:-

  • When this process is completed, click on the Apply for new dog registration link.
  • Now fill the application form with the dog owner’s details and dog details, as well as veterinary records.

  • In documents, you have to upload a soft copy of the dog photo (size less than 20 KB), the dog and dog owner Photo (less than 20 KB).
  • Next, upload the Rabies vaccine certificate, issued by the registered veterinarian/ hospital in the PDF format (size less than 2 MB).
  • Dog Owner ID proof (size less than 2 MB).
  • Also, upload the applicant’s permanent residence proof in PDF format (size less than 2 MB).
