Under which you can buy the 1BHK Flats at Just Rs.11 Lakhs. There are total 553 Vacant Flats available and people have to submit their application form till 12^th September 2025. After the closing Date of the submission of form, now some of the formalities are pending to allot the flats to the winner of the Scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

The verification for the eligibility must be conducted by the officials after the submission of the application form. Then only the eligible persons will be able to received the Flats under this scheme. So all that people who having the following eligibility conditions, will going to be winner of the scheme.

• The applicant who living in Gujarat State and wants to purchase the Housing in Ahmedabad will be eligible.
• This Flats are only available for the LIG Income Group.
