DDA, which is known as the Delhi Development Authority, is now providing a new gift to the government employees and retired employees of the state through their new housing scheme. This new Housing scheme is called DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana. Under which, if any of the government and retired employees who are interested in buying the flats in Narela and book the flats, then they will get a 25% Discount over the cost of the flats. DDA Karmayogi  Awas Yojana

Delhi Development Authority launched this new “DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana” for the retired and government employees of the state as a gift. Any government employee or retired employee who is thinking of buying the DDA’s Flats, then the 25% discount will be given to them. The same offer will be given to them under DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana.

In this scheme total of 3656 flats are available in Narela Sector A1 to A4, Packet 6, 9 and 13. In these sectors, every income category, like HIG ( High Income Group), MIG( Middle Income Group) and EWS ( Economically Weaker Section Group), has Flats available. The online registration for the Flats is going to start from the mid of December 2025.

Features of DDA Karmayogi First Come First Serve Scheme

• Targeted Beneficiaries: All the Government Employees of the state.
• Discount: Beneficiaries will get the Flats at a discounted rate of 25% over the total Cost of the Flats.
• Location: These Flats are located in the very prime location of Delhi, i.e. Narela, in three different pockets.
• Booking Process: You can book the Flats once the Registration starts.
• Registration date: The online Registration for the Booking of the Flats started in December.

Objective of DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana For Government Employees

The main motive to launch this kind of scheme by the authority is only to provide the government employee and PSU employee accommodation in one place. After residing in the same place, they may become good neighbours. Before this scheme, the authority already provided the benefits of discounted flats to the beneficiaries. But now this is the first time, when some of the pockets will only be reserved for them.   

Total Number and Locations of Flats

In the scheme total of 3,500 Flats are available and which are located in Narela Sector A1 to A4 in three Pockets. All these Flats are available in the Gated Society. The flats are very affordable and available for every income group. The construction of the Flats is almost done, and now the authority is only working on the procedure to distribute the flats to the applicants.

Price and Size of Flats In DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana

So the final rates of these flats are not fixed by the authority. All employees who are working in the Public Sector, like Hospitals, State and Central Government Employees, will be able to avail the benefits of this Discount Housing scheme by the DDA. The Cost of the Flats are not declared by the authority, but on the total Cost of the flats, the authority is going to give a discount of 25 percent. But as expected, the 2BHK Flats have the cost of Rs 1 Crore or above, and 3BHK Flats have the cost of Rs 2 Crore or above. Kindly wait for the final confirmation and announcement.

• The parking Facilities are also given to the owners of the flats.
• Apart from the above Green area, i.e. Parks are also available for them.
• The location of the Flats is also very near Karnal Road and Urben Extension Road- II. You can easily reach to NH8 and NH2.
• Once the Metro Phase IV Corridor is started by the government, then these areas will also get the Metro Facilities. After that, the demand for accommodation in these areas is going to be high.

• Open Portal: Yet the Booking lines for the Flats are not open, but if you are new on the portal, then you must have to create your account. So, open the Official website of the Delhi Development Authority.
• Register First: Now you have to create the Account by Registering Yourself.
• Enter details: Have to enter all the details that are required to create the ID and submit.
• Create User ID and Password: Now, here you can choose the User ID and password of your choice.
• Submit: Submit all the details and then create the ID.

DDA Karmayogi Awas Yojana Apply Online

• Kindly use your User ID and password login in to your account.
• Now, here have to book the flats according to your income category.
• Choose the category of the flats and then enter the rest of the details like your Income proof, location, etc.
• Submit and pay the Registration amount and booking Fee.
• Get the 25% Discount.

Distribution or Allotment Process of Flats

The allotment of the Flats will be made on First come and first-come, first-served basis. So, the application process to participate in this scheme is fully online. You must check your eligibility and then fill out the form. Then the officials verify your eligibility and selection, and then you will get the Flats.
