At the time of the inauguration, CM said they are very happy to launch this scheme on Kartik Purnima. On this day, they give allotment letters to 72 families who came from the economically weaker section.
Lucknow Development Authority start two housing schemes. In this housing scheme, they start registration for the flats under the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Housing Scheme and Atal Nagar Awasiya Yojana. LDA Housing Scheme Registration
The Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel housing scheme development is on 2314 square metres of land, where G+3 flats are built and a total of 72 flats with an area of 36.65 square metres each. The price range will start from Rupees 10.70 Lakh, specially built for the economically weaker section. These flats are situated on the 20-meter Banda Road, and this project is easily accessible from the Balu adda, 1090 chauraha, Hazratganj and SikandarBagh. You can easily reach this location within 5 to 10 minutes. There are basic facilities like water, electricity, Sewerage system, and two-wheeler parking will be available for the residents.
On the other hand, the Atal Nagar housing scheme flats are located in the Devpur para.
