This scheme has been initiated by the Andhra Pradesh government for unemployed youth who are interested in work from home jobs. The skill test has been initiated from 2nd December 2025 and is still ongoing in batches. If you have already appeared for the test, you can check your name in the selected list by visiting the official website gsws-nbm.ap.gov.in/BM/Kaushalam. You will be required to log in with your Aadhaar number and OTP. The result is expected to be out in mid-December 2025.

Kaushalam Selected Candidates List

Kaushalam (Koushalam) works under the Andhra Pradesh government. This initiative has been taken when a huge number of educated youth are unemployed. The government started this initiative especially for the youth who want to work from home.

In this scheme, they will get an opportunity to do work from home jobs. To qualify for the work from home jobs, you have to go through the survey, then the skill assessment. From December 2026, the skill test has been conducted for The Eligible candidates. Selected candidates will be notified at their registered mobile number and email ID. There is an option to check the Kaushalam List of selected candidates on the government’s official website. According to the latest information skill test process is ongoing. The skill test has been conducted on the basis of a mock/skill test taken earlier in October.

• This is the main and primary web portal for registration, skill test, and checking the selected candidate list.
• Now you have to login to this website with your Aadhaar number or Email ID. If you have already registered on the website, then it is very easy for you.
• You have to authenticate yourself with OTP verification.
• When your verification process is completed, you have to visit the survey report or candidate status section.
• On this page, you will see the option to check skill test results, selected candidates or work from home opportunities.
• Now enter your application ID/Aadhar number, or name to check your status.
• If you select them, you will see details like job notifications, training schedules and private job opportunities.
• You have to stay updated with the latest notifications sent to your mobile number and email. So check your phone and email regularly.
• You have to visit the official website of the Gram/ ward Sachivalayam dashboard every day to check for any type of latest update.

Important Points of Kaushalam Scheme

• An Eligible Candidate should be up permanent resident of Andhra Pradesh.
• The age of the applicant should be at least 18 or more than that.
• Applicant qualification from 10th standard to post-graduation level. ITI and diploma holders are also eligible to apply.
