Kanpur Development Authority (KDA) will release the Arra Bingawan Plot scheme draw result on 15th of December 2025. This is an e-auction/lottery process in which applicants will be selected through the online Lottery system. There is no offline lottery organised. The complete process is transparent, and applicants who applied for this scheme can check the winner list on our website.
In this Scheme, 140 Plots will be distributed through the E-Lottery system, also known as the Lottery Draw. This draw is organised on 15th December 2025, 11 am onwards. When the live draw is completed, then KDA Official will upload the winner list on the KDA Official website.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of India
- The minimum age of the applicant is at least 18 years
- The income criteria for MIG are between 6 to 18 lakhs. For HIG, it is above 18 lakh.
- Only one plot will be distributed to per family/applicant.
- KDA employees and their relatives are not eligible.
