The Prayagraj Development Authority recently made the announcement for its new Plots/Flats scheme. The plots which are available under this scheme are residential plots and are 206 in number, and are going to be sold through different 6 new housing schemes.

The distribution of these plots can be made through the online registration, and the flats that are available under the Prayagraj Development Authority are also allotted to the buyer after online registration and auction. PDA Prayagraj Plot Scheme
By announcing the six different housing schemes, Prayagraj Development Authority is going to sell its 206 residential Plots. The online registration process for the plots will start this week. Every buyer, first of all, has to complete the online registration and then take part in the auction. In 206 plots there are 40 new plots have been added in the recent plot sale list, as the same information is given by the PDA Secretary Ajit Singh.

Objective of PDA Plot Scheme
The main objective of the Prayagraj Development Authority is to provide affordable housing options to all citizens. It will also promote urban development in the city. Online Registration for both plots and flats has already started on the official website of the PDA.
Sizes of the Plots
In these plots, every buyer will get a pocket range of plots. So the size of the plots starts from 60 sq. ft. to 150 Sq. Meters, which are mainly needed by middle-class home buyers. And the 107 largest plot size available under the scheme.

PDA Six Plots Scheme
- Dev Paryagraj Jhalwa Scheme: In this scheme, the largest number of plots is available, i.e. 107 in number.
- Kalindipuram Housing Scheme: Under this scheme location buyer will get 14 residential Plots.
- Kesari Masari Phase 1 & 2: 5 Plots each.
- Naini Housing Scheme: A Total of 30 residential Plots available for buyers.
- Jahnvi Puram Housing Scheme: 45 Plots available.
So, here total of 206 Residential Plots are available at different locations in different housing schemes. All the plots that are available under this housing scheme are physically inspected and verified by the officials. Once the buying process is completed, the immediate possession will be given to the buyer.

Prayagraj Development Authority Flats Scheme
After the sale of Land/ Residential Plots by the PDA, very soon they are going to start the sale of 661 Flats under the new 11 Housing schemes all over the City. So many people have already completed the registration for the flats, but if you are also interested in buying the flats under this scheme, then you also have to complete the registration. The distribution of the flats is also done through the draw system, which will start from next month.
PDA Plots/Flats Application Process
First of all, you all need to visit the official portal of the Prayagraj Development Authority and then have to collect all the complete details like its eligibility Criteria, Payment Options, Documents Required, etc. Then have to complete the online registration on the same portal by filling out the registration form. Then you will automatically participate in the auctions.
Plot and Flats Allotment
The allotment of the Plots can be made after completing the online registration and auction. Once the purchase process is complete, immediate possession will be made.
For Flats, the allotment can be made through the online draw.
PDA Prayagraj Plot Scheme Registration
- First of all, you need to visit the official website of the PDA, i.e. pdaprayagraj.org.
- Then, on the home page of the portal, you have to click on the link to apply for allotment.
- After clicking on the same link, the new page opens in front of you. If you’re not registered yet on the portal, then first of all, you have to create an account.
- To create the profile, the registration form opens in front of you. Have to enter the details like Name, Gender, Date of birth, user name, password, email id, address details, country, state, District, Mobile Number and enter Captcha Code.
- In this way, you create your profile. Then, using the username and password, you can login in to the account and add the details about the plots you want, like size and location and then submit it.
