School Innovation Marathon Results 2025-26 In January – Top 1000 Teams List

School Innovation Marathon 2025-26 (SIM) submissions were closed on the 30th of November 2025. There are so many Hackathons and marathons organised by the government of India for students. The main purpose behind starting these events is to make students more focused and able to solve real-world problems. Students can identify real-life problems and find their solutions with innovations. They also make prototypes, which help them to solve these real-life issues.

The Government of India has started to flagship initiative in which the first one is the annual school innovation Marathon and the second one is Viksit Bharat Buildathon. Today, we are here to provide you with information on School Innovation Marathon Results 2025-26 and guide you on how you can check the top 1000 teams selected in SIM.

School Innovation Marathon Results

School Innovation Marathon was launched on the 29th of July 2024. This is an annual program which was started under the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), by Niti Aayog in partnership with the Ministry of Education Innovation Cell, AICTE and UNICEF YuWaah. When this program was launched, then atal thinking labs were opened in schools. This will attract students to tackle real-world community challenges, and they will start developing innovative prototypes.

This is a visionary program for the Viksit Bharat 2047 mission. Last year, 1000 top-performing teams were selected, and in 2023-24, 500 teams were selected for this program. The final result School Innovation Marathon 2025-26 will be released in January 2026, in which 1000 winners will be selected. An award of 1 crore rupees will be distributed among 10 national-level winners, 100 state-level winners and 1000 district-level winners.

If you already participated in the school innovation Marathon 2025-26, then you have to wait until January 2026.  The top 1000 teams list will be released on the official Atal Innovation Mission website. In the final result, they will mention SIM IS, UDISE Code, project name, team name, school name and state/UT Name.

Important Dates

Eligibility Criteria

• Students to study from class 6th to 12th from any recognised school in India are eligible.
• You can participate in teams consisting of 3 to 5 students guided by a teacher.
• There is no restriction on the number of teams at a particular School.

How to check School Innovation Marathon Results 2025-26?

The school innovation marathon 2025-26 results will be released in January 2026. Submission is already closed on the 30th of November 2025. Now the evaluation process is ongoing, and the top 1000 teams of the school innovation marathon list will be released soon.

1. To check the result, you have to visit the Atal Innovation Mission official website: aim.gov.in/index.php.
2. On the home page, you have to find the section name What’s new at Atal innovation mission.
3. This is the latest notification, and every new notification will be listed at the top. If you find the School Innovation Marathon Results in the section, then click on it.
4. It will be displayed with the names of 1000 teams of Atal School Innovation 2025-26.
5. Now, a complete list in the PDF format will open on your screen. You can search your result with your SIM ID, UDISE Code, project name, team name, school name or State or union territory.
6. Officially, this list will be released soon, and when, final result is out, then we will also upload this PDF on our website. Till then, students have to wait.
