GDA Ghaziabad New Housing Scheme

Under this new scheme there are total of 2,986 Houses are available, and to distribute these Housing units to the applicants, the authority invites applications from 15 December 2025 to 15 January 2026. You can apply through the official website of the GDA. Don’t be late and apply within the same time period.

Under this scheme, EWS and LIG Housing units are available. In which the EWS Housing units have a total Cost of Rs 4.98 Lakhs. In which the Centre Government is going to give financial benefits of Rs  1.50 Lakhs, and the State government gives Rs 1 Lakhs under Pradhan Mantri Shahri Awas Yojana. So it means you will get a Rs 2.50 Discount on the total price of the Housing units. You only have to pay Rs 1.98 Lakhs.

During the time of applying for this scheme, every candidate needs to pay the registration amount, which is non-refundable in favour of the authority. If you don’t pay the registration amount, then your application form must be rejected by the authority. So pay the amount on time.

NOTE: The registration fee can be submitted online in the Account number of the authority.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be an Indian Citizen and Residing in the Ghaziabad District.
• At the time of submission of the application form Last Date, the age of the applicant must be 18 years or above.
• There is no Pucca House available in the name of the applicant, his Family Members’ names anywhere in India.
• For the EWS category, the annual income of the applicant and his family is not more than Rs 3 Lakhs.
• After filling out the application form, all the eligible applicants must participate in the draw, and then the winner will be allotted the benefits of the Flats.
• The House must be allotted in the name of the Head of the Family woman, or in the Joint Name of the woman and his Husband, if there is no woman head in the family, then the house is allotted in the name of the Men.

Allotment Process

• After accepting the application form from the applicant, the eligible applicant participates in the Draw. An ineligibility applicant was rejected.
• Officials also uploaded the eligible list of applicants on their official website before conducting the draw.
• Then the Draw will be conducted by the committee of the GDA Ghaziabad.
• The result of the draw will also be uploaded on the official website of the authority.
• After getting the allotment of the flat/house, the electricity connection can be taken by the applicant at his/her own cost.
• You can not sell the same house for a minimum of 5 years, and you can use this housing unit for residential purposes.
