With this scheme authority has a total area of 521 hectares from eight villages, i.e. Shamsher, Champat, Mathurapur, Bhaneda Khurd, Morta, Nagla Firoz Mohanpur, Shahpur Nij Morta and Bhovapur. This scheme is launched phase-wise, so the first phase is launched in 5 months.

In this Housing scheme, the authority offers residential Property in the shape of Plots, Housing property. Apart from it, they are also going to offer the Commercial and Business Plots to the interested buyers. By launching this Scheme, GDA also wants to develop the area of Ghaziabad and make affordable property for the citizens of the state.
