Kaushalam Initiative Assessment Dates, Syllabus and Pattern

There are so many unemployed youth of the Andhra Pradesh state, recently registered for the Kaushalam Initiative Assessment Program 2025. This is very good program in which government trying to developed the skills  of the youth and then prepared them for the job opportunities. In this Kaushalam Initiative Assessment process are included the Written Examination Test, skill Survey, Psychometric Evolution, Exam Date and Pattern of Exam.

Kaushalam Initiative Assessment

The Kaushalam skill Test training is started from 2^nd December 2025. This is very good program which is launched by the Andhra Pradesh government for the unemployed youth of the state who are job seekers, graduate, Post Graduate or students also. This program is mainly focus on the readiness, assessment, communication skills, with the help of which they all will get the direct job placement in the biggest industries Like IT, ITES, GCC and technical sectors.

Officially the Kaushalam Skill Test or Assessment Process started from 2^nd December 2025 in all over the Andhra Pradesh state. Government also prepared the designated centers for the candidates. Only those candidates will be participate in this Assessment process who completed their registration and complete their Aadhar Verification. But if you don’t received the Assessment schedule, then very soon going to be received.

Kaushalam Initiative Assessment Exam Dates, Timing & Centre

• Exam Date: The Skills Test Exam will be started from 2^nd December 2025 and run till 6^th December 2025. This is the first phase of the exam.
• Exam Center: All these exams will be conducted in all over the Village and Ward Secretariats offices in all over the Andhra Pradesh state. Exam Center will be allotted to every registered Candidates.
• Timing: Time slots also be allotted to the candidates. For the morning Shift Exam will be commence from 11.00 am to 12 Pm and in evening time it started from 3.00 Pm to 4 Pm.

Kaushalam Assessment Process Registration

After following the steps given below you all can easily complete the registration.

• You must be registered as Graduate, PG or Students or Job Seekers.
• At the time of registration, you need to enter the details of Aadhar Card which must be available in the Data which is collected by the Village and Ward Sachivalaya.
• Need to verify your Registered email id and contact number.
• After registered on the portal, you create the Password and user id.
• After making the login, you have to completed the KYC verification and then you will get the Details of Verified Status in your Dashboard of account.

NOTE: if by chance your Aadhar card and Mobile number Mismatch, then you need to update the same through offline survey and then again wait for activation or verified status.

Kaushalam Initiative Assessment Syllabus and Pattern

• Skill Assessment Timing : The timing of the Skill Assessment is 45 minutes.
• Subjects included
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Communication skills
  • Basic Computer Knowldge
  • Reasoning
  • Datae Interpretation
  • Psychometric
  • Technical Question as  per skills of Candidates.
• Communication Assessment : For Communication skills Assessment Timing is 15 Minutes. In which you get 3 speaking questions with the Timing of 30 Second Exam.

Assessment Rules  

So here are some Kaushalam Initiative Assessment rules, which every candidates need to be followed during the Assessment Exam time.

• You Desktop Screen, Location, Camera and Mic must be enable during the exam time.
• You face should be visible to the examiner.
• If you switch your screen for more than 3 times, in causes termination.
• Every one get their allotted assessment centers, so your exam must be conducted from the same center.
• You must be required good internet and working hardware.
