Indiramma Saree Distribution Scheme: 1 Crore Sarees To Women In Telangana

1 crore sarees will be distributed in the Indira Mahila Shakti Sarees scheme. Sarees will be distributed into equal phases. In the first phase, the government will cover all the moments live in rural areas till ninth of December. the second phase, which is planned between the 1^st of March to 8th of March. 65,00,000 Sarees will be distributed in the first phase in rural areas, and the remaining 35,00,000 sarees will be distributed in the second phase. This is a very good initiative started by the Telangana chief minister on the anniversary of the former Prime Minister. Smt. Indira Gandhi.

Indira Mahila Shakti Saree Distribution Scheme

On the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Indira Gandhi, Former Prime Minister of India, the Chief Minister of Telangana State, CM Revanth Reddy, is all set to launch the new scheme. The scheme name is “Indiramma Sarees” Scheme, Telangana. Under this scheme, the government is going to distribute the sarees to the one crore women of the state. The beneficiaries are Poor women of the state. The distribution of the Saree is made in two different phases. Indiramma Saree Scheme Telangana

The Chief Minister of Telangana state has now officially started the distribution of the Free Saree scheme for the poor women of the state under the Indiramma Saree scheme after paying tribute to the Former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi Ji, at Necklace Road. The sarees that are distributed under the scheme are made by the handloom workers of Sircilla in Rajanna S District of the state of Telangana.

The production of the saree is delayed, so now Reddy has instructed all the officials to distribute the saree can be made in two phases. It means in the first phase, the Rural village women will get the saree, and in 2^nd phase urban area women received the Saree.

Objective of Indiramma Saree Distribution Scheme

CM of Telangana also appealed to all the female Ministers of the state and MLA women of the state to wear the Saree under the Indiramma Saree scheme and also act as the Brand Ambassadors of the scheme. This scheme will also show the self-respect of the women. To date, there are also many schemes already launched by the government for women’s empowerment. Apart from this, the government also encourage women to start their own business and stay economically strong.

1st Phase of Free Saree Distribution Scheme, Telangana

So, in the above paragraph, as I already said that the manufacturing of the saree may be delayed, so under the instruction of the Chief Minister now officials going to distribute the saree in two different phases. In the first phase, the saree will be distributed in the Rural area, i.e. Village women will go to receive the saree till 9^th December 2025 at Telangana Thali Avatarana Dinotsavam.

2nd Phase of Indiramma Saree Scheme

The 2nd phase of the scheme starts from 1^st March to 8^th March, i.e. on International Women’s Day. In this way, the urban area women of the state received their free saree.
