CM Flight Scheme Assam

To provide global job employment and boost the economy of the state of Assam, the Chief Minister launched the ‘Chief Minister’s Foreign Language Initiative for Global Human Talent. Eligibility Criteria

• Applying youth or candidates must be citizens of the state of Assam.
• The applicant’s age must be between 18 years to 45 years.
• All applicants must be medically fit.
• Also having a relevant educational qualification for the job that they targeted.
• Also knowing basic English language.

• Nodal Agency: the Nodal Agency that implements this scheme in the state for the youth is Assam Skill Development Mission.
• Beneficiaries Targeted: This scheme is targeted at the 50,000 youth by 2030, by providing the training, and the government will also increase the number of beneficiaries to 1 lakh.
• Training Given: The Scheme focuses on providing language training and cultural training, and also supports the placement of a job. After completing the training, all the candidates who are successful will get a 5-year work visa in Japan and earn a good salary.
• Financial Help: The cost of the language training, which is given to the youth, is totally subsidised by the government. In which some amount of portion is given by the government, and the rest will be borne by the candidates themselves.
